You agree to use Kixik in good faith. The short list of things you agree not to do — and what happens if you do.
3.1What You Agree Not to Do
You agree not to:
- Submit Simulations involving illegal activity (discrimination, harassment, defamation, fraud, securities violations, etc.).
- Use Kixik to test any decision involving the manipulation of public markets, investors, or regulators in deceptive ways.
- Use Kixik to plan layoffs, terminations, or HR actions in ways that violate employment law.
- Submit data that you do not have the right to share (e.g., scraped data, third-party customer data without consent).
- Use Kixik to attack, surveil, or harm specific individuals.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the simulation engine or extract persona data.
- Resell Verdicts as your own work to clients or third parties.
- Submit deliberately misleading data to manipulate the Twin (this corrupts the value you receive — you only hurt yourself, but we will catch it).
3.2What Happens If We Find Any of the Above
- ◆We reach out to you for a conversation first (if appropriate).
- ◆We may decline to run a specific Simulation.
- ◆For repeated or severe violations, we may suspend or terminate your account, with prorated refund of the unused portion of the current cycle.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason consistent with applicable law.
