Refund Policy.

We don't bill you until you choose to subscribe after your free 3-day trial. Once you subscribe, charges are non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a confirmed service outage on our side. If you stop subscribing, your twin is paused for 30 days and then permanently erased — no further charges accrue during the pause.

• ◆The free 3-day trial requires no credit card. No charge is made at trial expiry.
• ◆Once you add a payment method and subscribe, the first charge is final at the moment it processes. Subsequent recurring charges are also final at the moment they process.
• ◆If you cancel a subscription, access continues through the end of the current paid cycle and is not pro-rated.
• ◆After cancellation, your twin enters a 30-day paused state. On day 34 from trial expiry (or from your last paid cycle ending) the twin is permanently erased — personas, memory, Verdicts, and patterns. We do not bill you during the pause window.
• ◆Boardroom engagements have separately negotiated refund terms in their MSA.

In rare cases — a billing error, a long unaddressed service outage, a charge processed against your stated wishes — we issue refunds at our discretion as a goodwill gesture. We will not bill you for service we failed to deliver. Email kix@kixik.tech and a human will read it.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer-protection right available to you under the law of your jurisdiction.
