{N°10 HOW IT WORKS · LONG-FORM}
Kixik builds a working copy of your business. Not a forecast. Not a dashboard. A complete, living simulation — your customers, your team, your competitors, the world your business lives in. Inside it, thousands of intelligent agents go about their lives with their own personalities, memories, and motivations. You drop in any decision — a price change, a launch, a hire, a difficult email — and they react. You watch the futures unfold. You see the dollars. You read the Verdict in plain English. Then you make the call with the certainty of someone who's already lived through every version of it.
{01 · THE TWIN}
Your Twin is built in roughly ninety seconds from a website URL or a one-sentence description of your business. The Twin contains your customer segments, your offers, your team, your tone, the channels your customers respond to, and the patterns of how those customers react in the first forty-eight hours after you change something.
The depth scales with the data you bring. Spark and Founder tiers run a basic Twin synthesized from public signal and what you upload. Founder Pro adds one integration. Operator and Director add full integrations — Stripe, Shopify, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Square — so the Twin condenses on real transactions, real subscribers, real customer language.
The Twin is sealed to your account alone. It is not used to train any model that another Operator's Twin draws from. Ever.
{02 · MAGIC THEATER}
Your Twin lives inside a visual surface called the Twin City — an isometric living-world view of your business. Buildings are your offers. Neighborhoods are your customer segments. Light streams are your revenue. The city is always alive, always inspectable.
When you submit a Simulation, the city becomes the Magic Theater. Personas spawn, debate, vote. The decision plays out across thousands of futures — different sequences, different first-touch audiences, different framings — and the runs that behave most like the people you actually have are the ones that score the Verdict.
You can watch it happen. Or you can close the tab and read the Verdict when it lands in your inbox. Both work.
{03 · THE VERDICT}
Every Verdict is one page. Plain English. Specific dollars. Mode-adaptive — the Twin picks the shape that fits the decision you brought.
{MODE · 01}
When the call is clear, the Verdict says what to do. The Bet, the Avoidable Mistake, What Works, What Backfires, Segment Reactions, Most Surprising Thing.
{MODE · 02}
When there are real trade-offs, the Verdict weighs two or three paths side by side, with dollar swings and segment reactions for each.
{MODE · 03}
When your instinct was already right, the Verdict says so — and tells you the one thing to tighten before you ship it.
{04 · TWIN MEMORY}
Twin Memory is the per-account persistent log of every Simulation you have run, every Verdict you have read, every Persona that has surfaced, every data source the Twin has learned from, and every decision you have marked as implemented.
It is the reason your second Verdict is sharper than your first, and your tenth is sharper than your second. The Twin remembers what you tried, what you shipped, and what actually happened. It can be searched in plain English — “ask your Twin anything about its memory.”
If you cancel, Twin Memory is sealed within twenty-four hours and preserved for twelve months in case you come back. If you reactivate, your Twin resumes where it left off.
Ninety seconds from now, your business has a brain. Five minutes after that, your first Verdict.
