The rules, plainly.
- ◆Applies to all monthly self-serve tiers — Founder, Founder Pro, Operator, and Director.
- ◆30-day window starts from the date of your first paid charge (whether you converted from a Spark trial or signed up paid directly).
- ◆One Promise invocation per Operator across the lifetime of the relationship.
- ◆Refund processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
- ◆Promise invocation auto-cancels the subscription at the end of the refunded period. Twin Memory preserved for 12 months in case you re-subscribe.
- ◆Does not apply to Boardroom engagements — those have separately negotiated terms in the MSA.
